Abstract
The present research is extensionist. The type of research has a mixed approach since it combines quantitative elements typical of the administrative sciences and qualitative elements typical of the social sciences, since it deals with the relationships that will be established among the participants, the scope of the research is explanatory, since it not only recreates the characteristics visible to the naked eye in the training process, but also explains the behavior, conducts and transformations that are evidenced in the subjects. the design is non-experimental because it is not an experiment, but rather a contribution to knowledge management with administrative tools to build capacities and managerial skills in inmates deprived of liberty, from a humanistic approach. Person and company are currently not synonymous to generate changes, the company is placed in first place leaving aside the value of the human being and its influence as a value in the company, this paper aims to contribute to have a more human look at the business organizational environment, starting from a formative experience with people deprived of liberty, providing them with tools that allow them in the future to do business from a more humane vision, but not only as an economic and productive benefit.
