Abstract

The virtual cooperative learning environments of the Salesian Polytechnic University, known as AVAC, are spaces created with the purpose of facilitating all the tools, which exist on the Internet, necessary for cooperative learning. The AVACs have characteristics of the virtual environments that we can know in the educational environment that use ICT and include a methodology based on the David Kolb model (learning based on experiences). Thus, the virtual environments used are based on different combinations of online teaching tools, or on the web, e-learning with the help of multimedia.
