Abstract
Deontological ethical principles in professional performance are important in the development of the actions that a person shows in their place of work. Plastimac, is a company dedicated to the production of plastic products by injection and blowing. In this work the professional ethical behavior of the personnel of the Production Department of the company was analyzed with a descriptive method based on the comparison of other documents focused on the analysis of the ethical values in different professionals, obtaining as a result that each person acts in their daily work under behaviors and principles that have been gained over the years and with the experience of each one. Making their actions be committed and responsible for the company and society.
