Abstract
This article seeks to unravel the situation of the anthropologist in the various labor spaces of Ecuadorian society through interviews with its protagonists, socialization and surveys with students of the career in its last levels, as well as the interpretation of its results to relate them together. This research, from the project of Employability of graduates of Applied Anthropology, was possible within the framework of the Competitive Funds of the Salesian Polytechnic University, with the aim of finding strengths and requirements for the academic training process of the new anthropologist.
