Abstract
In the text entitled Fundamentos antropológicos para una didáctica de los derechos humanos en perspectiva intercultural, Julián García Labrador raises the possibility of an anthropological foundation of human rights with a view to its didactics in an intercultural perspective. To this end, the author approaches the intercultural approach as a valid educational horizon, given the heuristic possibilities it offers and its interdisciplinary nature. He proposes a theoretical distinction of multiculturalism, understanding it as the fact of the existence of several cultural traditions in the same legal space, understanding cultures in a dynamic and non-essentialist way, thus approaching Parekh's "multicultural perspective" (2006).
