In Guayaquil, in the northern periphery sector, such as: Bastión popular, Fortín, Lomas de la Florida, etc. Job opportunities are scarce, since it is an industrial sector where some degree of study or technical preparation is required. Informal businesses are gaining ground, but dedicating and reinvesting to develop a business is not easy for most of its inhabitants. This paper aims to identify the factors that affect entrepreneurship, both empirically and professionally. In this context, Casa Don Bosco offers these workshops. The Salesian Polytechnic University of Ecuador will offer additional courses on motivation, entrepreneurship and business, where it is expected to have a positive impact and will analyze the factors that may affect entrepreneurship.
