Abstract

The objective of this article is to know the current situation of the country in the workplace with an economic and ethical analysis of the valuation of the workforce of Ecuadorians compared to foreign people who settled in the country, taking into account data statistics prior to 2019. We will use a research method comparing and analyzing current data already given by specific entities. What this research refers to is to disclose several causes why there is not the same or greater labor supply compared to years ago, analyzing ethically and economically, also recommend that it can be done when there is a negative economic situation, which could be done when there is a job offer. The presence of more workers in Ecuador leads to less labor supply which we must take precautionary measures to overcome and improve our style of work and labor.
