Abstract

© 2015 IEEE. The full squat technique is evaluated through a pattern graphic and by comparing the same exercise in three different styles, looking for similarities for the described path by the bar and comparing the minimum dots of close of the angle formed by the hip and the angle of the knee. The person who best develops the exercise is determined because of their similarity to the pattern graphic.
