Organization profile

The Salesian Polytechnic University was born in 1994 with its headquarters in Cuenca, in a popular neighborhood of Salesian tradition as is the Barrio el Vecino, where the Salesian Technical College was located. From the first facilities and workshops occupied by the Salesian Technical College, the Salesian Polytechnic University has increased the number of students and proportionally to this increase has expanded its facilities, laboratories, library services, food court and sports facilities, typical of a modern university that currently houses about 6000 students. The modern and functional facilities of the Cuenca Campus are strategically located two blocks from the Mariscal Lamar Airport and three blocks from the Terminal Terrestre.
