Research Group: Mentoring and Change Management

Organization profile

Organization profile

One of the significant changes that has originated in the Salesian Polytechnic University and led by the young people themselves is to work together from different disciplinary areas to respond systemically to a number of problems chained together, giving rise to an ecosystem of entrepreneurship and innovation (the coworking-UPS), allowing the formation of initiatives startups, projects of state interest, social interest and without doubt of institutional interest. They have forced research teachers to capitalize on these experiences, instilling them in their disturbing dynamic of curiosity and experimentations for change with modern methodologies and didactics, suggestive of a constructivism of modernity, suggestive of a constructivism of modernity and application of true critical pedagogy.
