The current national plan for good living provides for multisectoral actions that allow the entire population to have permanent access to the national education system under an inclusive and rights-based approach. The new Education Law promulgates inclusive education as a process that involves transforming schools into open spaces, paying attention to educational diversity and the vulnerable population: ethnic minorities, religious options, learners affected by HIV and AIDS and other catastrophic diseases, students with disabilities and learning difficulties, poverty, child labour, migration, among others.
