The Salesian Polytechnic University in Cuenca and the School of Administration and Economics of the Catholic University Silvia Hemíquez, of Chile, have conducted the research "Perception of the poor population of Cuenca on access, equity and satisfaction in obtaining basic and public goods" during the period 2010-2012.
