Organization profile

Within the lines of research approved by UPS, this group will develop
work on the following lines:
- Popular economy, popular finance and Mypes.
- Entrepreneurship and innovation.
The teachers who make up the research group have and are in doctoral training.
to strengthen these lines of research that conform to the National Development Plan.
The research projects proposed by the research group are aligned to
the objectives, policies and guidelines of the National Plan for Good Living 2013-2017:
Guarantee decent work in all its forms.
Strategic policies and guidelines: 9.1. Promote economic activities that allow the generation and preservation of decent jobs, and contribute to the attainment of full employment prioritizing historically excluded groups.
Promote the transformation of the productive matrix.

10.1 . Diversify and generate greater added value in national production.

10.5. Strengthen the popular and solidarity economy -EPS-, and the micro, small and medium enterprises -Mipymes- in the productive structure.
Promote diversified and sustainable business processes within the framework of productive transformation.
Promote public investment and public procurement as strategic elements of the State in the transformation of the matrix.
Ensure the sovereignty and efficiency of strategic sectors for industrial and technological transformation.
Democratize the provision of public telecommunications services and information and communication technologies (ICTs), including broadcasting, television and radio spectrum, and deepen their universal use and access.
