The Telecommunications and Telematics Research Group of the Salesian Polytechnic University (GITEL) was created on the initiative of a group of university professors associated with the area of telecommunications. Its purpose is the development of research in the area of telecommunications and telematics, to contribute to the solution of problems through the adaptation, transformation and development of knowledge and technology existing at local, regional, national and international levels in the area of telecommunications.
