As indicated in the background, the group has worked in several areas of the industry and the personnel who are getting involved in the group has or is in training to potentiate these lines of research that are aligned to the National Plan for Good Living of Ecuador.
The work developed in the research group will contribute to the following objectives, policies and guidelines of the Plan del Buen Vivir 20 13-2017. Objectives: 10. Promote the transformation of the productive matrix 10.3.b. Promote the generation of technical and management capacities in services, in order to improve their provision and contribute to productive transformation. 10.1 Articulate education and research to the generation of technical and management capacities, in order to dynamize productive transformation. 10.2.a. Articulate scientific and technological research and higher education with the productive sector, in order to constantly improve productivity and competitiveness.
