The proposal for the creation of the Biotechnology and Environment research group (INBIAM), arises as an initiation of an interdisciplinary group of professors-researchers formed with high academic level and with research experience in the biotechnological-environmental field. This research group will generate proposals focused on the quality of life of people conserving the environment and involving the different actors of society in an interdisciplinary confluence of academia at the service of development and social promotion,
The proposal for the creation of this group obeys different environmental needs to solve the current problems that society suffers, and fundamentally the need to maintain a consensual criterion in a specific research area for academic purposes of publication of results.
